Current owner Una Ceric, is the creative director of the Williamstown salon. Having worked and trained within the Maestro Hair system, at Williamstown, Una became the logical candidate to take over from former owner Mario Doria.

As Head Colourist Una has built up a reputation for her creative flair and her passion for colour. Her attention to detail will leave you amazed. She continues her persuit of education, having travelled to LA to train with the Vidal Sassoon Hair Academy specializing in colour. Una will create a colour that is truly unique and for the individual, placing emphasis on face shape, eye colour, and personality of her client. Her priority is always the condition of the hair. Her colours are always beautiful, natural, and sometimes extreme.

Mario Doria, Managing Director Of Maestro Franchising Group, has trained extensively through London, New York, and LA and has over 20 years experience. It is this foundation that makes the Maestro Hair brand thrive today, offering cutting edge hair fashion.

 

While the original owners of the first store in Williamstown, Martino and Antonietta Doria opened the doors in 1970, it is Mario and Kathy Doria, and their highly skilled team that took the salon to the highest level, and had the creative vision to open other salons and expand the brand . Maestro hair stylists and colorists are highly trained, motivated and creative specialists that interpret fashion to suit individual needs.

Our Yarraville salon came about due to the large numbers of Williamstown clients living in Yarraville. This young vibrant cultural town is fast becoming a fashion hot spot in the west. With it's trendy clothing stores and coffee shops it is the ideal environment for Maestro to stamp their brand of Hairdressing.

Salon Director Julia Cassar has 20 years experience. Having worked in the west for most of her career, her burning desire to own a salon and lead a team became to enticing. Julia has created an atmosphere not seen before in the area. With fashion shows beamed in from around the world, and wash basins that massage you from head to toe, you can't help but feel you are experiencing something new and fresh from the fashion mill.
